Whether it’s his seduction of Canteen Boy, the regaling of his Schweaty balls, his argument for the merits of marriage in The Departed, or his pitch-perfect performance as Jack Donaghy, it needs to be said that Alec Baldwin continually proves himself to be one of the finest comedic talents of our time. Few can match Alec’s sharp timing and delivery, which he has exhibited beautifully in this season of 30 Rock. Of all the things this Writers’ Strike will deprive me of I think I’ll miss Donaghy the most.
